You had strong feelings about your previous real estate experience and seemed frustrated when we discussed pricing, which I did my best to address professionally. I mentioned that I work on the #1 largest team in Denver to give you context—not to brag—and to reassure you that if I couldn’t assist personally, someone on my team could be available to support you.
